謹啓　立冬の候、日本酒愛飲家の皆様におかれましては、「百薬の長」である
日本酒を愉しみ、益々お元気にお過ごしのこととお慶び申し上げます。

さて昨年、日本が世界に誇る「伝統的酒造り」が「ユネスコ無形文化遺産」に登録されましたことは、既に御存じの通りでございます。機を同じくして、日本酒に魅せられたメンバーが集まり、「京都・伏見発の新しい日本酒ブランドを開発し、これまでとは異なるマーケティング戦略を駆使して、世界市場で展開する」という壮大なプロジェクトに取り組み、昨夏に成果発表会を開催いたしました。


その後、以下の通り、法人を設立し、4月30日には正式に酒販免許の取得に至りましたことを、ここに御報告申し上げます。

As the season changes to winter, we hope all lovers of Japanese sake long known as the best of all medicines are in good health and spirits.

In 2024, Japan’s Traditional Sake Brewing was recognized as a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage. Inspired by this global recognition, passionate partners came together to create something new: a sake brand born in Fushimi, Kyoto crafted with tradition, yet shaped for the world.

Our aim is to bring this new brand to the global stage through a fresh and forward-thinking marketing approach. We held our first presentation last summer, sharing the vision behind the project.

We are proud to announce that as of April 30, we have officially obtained our liquor license and established our corporate entity.
